For existing patients only. Request and easily manage your own appointment bookings online 24 hours/day. Please review my cancellation policy listed below.
You will receive an email confirmation of your bookings, and an email reminder 4 days prior to your appointment, and again 24 hours prior. It is your responsibility to maintain your user profile and manage bookings/cancellations as per clinic policy.
Clinic Cancellation Policy
Please note that my cancellation policy requires at LEAST 48 hours notice to change or cancel an appointment. Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge for the full cost of the scheduled appointment.
You can easily manage appointments online 24 hrs per day. To avoid this, an automated email reminder is sent 4 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please use it as an opportunity to make changes before the deadline.

Note that visit lengths include time for: invoicing, scheduling, dispensing, reviewing treatment plan and printing handouts.
New Patient – Initial Consultation (90-105 mins). For all new patients 13 years of age & older. Assessment & Introductory Guidelines.
Second Consultation (up to 75 mins). Within 4-6 weeks of your Initial Consultation. Review progress & present comprehensive treatment plan.
Subsequent Consultations (in person or by phone):
- Standard Follow-Up (up to 60 mins): review treatment plan & progress, address provide new concerns, prevention, maintenance, counseling & education.
- Acute/Brief Phone Consult (up to 30 mins) : Briefly check-in & review ongoing concerns, treatment plan/progress or labs. By phone only.
- Mini Phone Consult (up to 15 mins) : Answer 1 brief question or review labs. By phone only.

Need clarification about your treatment plan?
I cannot legally or ethically assess, diagnose or make recommendations by email/outside of a consultation.
I respond to brief questions (to clarify an instruction or dose, address a reaction related to EXISTING treatment plan) by email within 2-3 business days.
If your question(s) require more than a brief email response, please book a mini or brief phone consult.
